Dear Patients and families,
We hope that you and your loved ones are keeping well, during these challenging times. We would like to let you know that we are all healthy, and that we have been working tirelessly; studying, and consulting with experts, in order to prepare for our full return to work. The directives for our complete practice opening, a return to the “new normal”, and that of our laboratories, will come in a timely manner from the Order of Dentists of Quebec, and from the Ministère de la Santé et Services Sociaux. Your safety, health, oral and dental health, are of utmost importance to us.
In the meantime, OUR CLINIC IS OPEN FOR EMERGENCIES, so please feel free to call us any time, so that we can assess your situation. We have set up our whole clinic, to follow all the current recommendations and protocols for screening, physical distancing, infection control procedures, physical barriers, full protective equipment for our staff, and constant disinfection of all surfaces, and follow ups.
Thank you for your patience, trust, and confidence in us, during this time, as our understanding of the SARS CoV-2 virus, is evolving rapidly. We will contact you soon to re-book your appointments, that have been temporarily deferred,….and please feel free to contact us with any questions, concerns, or reassurances that you need, concerning your upcoming appointments or treatments.
Things will look a little different as you walk through our door. But rest assured, that, under our, (and your), masks, gloves, face shields , caps and gowns… that our big smiles are still there. We will be happy to greet you, as you return, and our commitment is to keep you, your family, and all of our team members safe, during this time, and moving forward. You are counting on us, and we are here, ready to provide you with the same high quality care as we always have, and to help you to return to your healthy smiles. We know that the condition of your oral health has an effect on your general health, and we take this seriously.
In the meantime, think of us…. and all the tricks and tips that we have shown you, to keep your mouth in good condition; – brush often, use a fluoride toothpaste and rinse, floss, interproximal picks and brushes, eat nutritious foods, exercise, breathe fresh air, be kind to yourself, and take the chance to rest. Summer is coming- a time to smile again-and we definitely can help you with that. We can be reached at (514) 844-8061.
